These Terms and Conditions of Use (TCU) are intended to define the terms and conditions for accessing and using the website lazystic.com and the Lazystic platform, published by Tom Etournay.
Access to the website and use of services imply full and unconditional acceptance of these TCU.
Article 2 - Definitions
Site: the website accessible at lazystic.com
Platform: the Lazystic application accessible at app.lazystic.com
User: any person accessing the website or platform
Client: any user who has created an account and subscribed to the services
Services: all functionality offered by Lazystic

The website is accessible free of charge to any user with internet access. Costs related to accessing the website (internet connection, equipment) are the responsibility of the user.
Access to platform services requires creation of a user account. The user undertakes to provide accurate and up-to-date information upon registration.

In particular, it is forbidden to:
• Use the services for illegal or fraudulent purposes
• Compromise the security or integrity of the platform
• Attempt unauthorized access to computer systems

In case of non-compliance with these obligations, Lazystic reserves the right to suspend or delete the user's account without notice or compensation.
